I had a hydraulic hose made for a Shaver post driver. I attached it to one of the front end loader control ports. That hose was made of 3/8". The existing loader hoses where they plug in to the quick connects have 3/8" written on it. I had to get the connector from JD as it was some sort of smaller than normal connector. I have an 870 I bought new in 1997. Loader hoses say made in USA.
