Kenny can probably help you better but you should be able to tell the lines pretty clearly if you follow then backwards from the loader valve.
If you are looking at the loader valve you should have 7 lines connected to the valve (at least on my Kubota).
4 lines out to the cylinders on the loader...should be clear enough since they go out onto the loader arm and probably have quick connects...
The remaing fixed lines are:
High Pressure Input Line
High Pressure Output Line (Power Beyond)
Low Pressure Output Line (Return to Tank)
You are really only messing with the Power Beyond Line between the block and the loader valve so that is the one you need to identify on your tractor.

This is the flow sheet I drew up after I installed the Power Beyond, 3rd, 4th & 5th SCV's on my 4200. Hope this helps as it helped me understand the PBX hydraulics as I call Deere's kits for my rig.
