No, in Europe all of these tedders are 3pt hitch. The brand isnt familiar either. Is it a Tonutti ?
Only the wheel rakes of Tonutti are sold in Holland.
There are some trailed tedders, but those mostly have an extra set of carrying wheels mounted on an arch, to give it enough ground clearance.

This tedder is sold in France under AGRAM and HayMAXX in the USA.

I have a Fahr 4 rotor centipede in the weeds at my house with a blown gear box. Not really common in Canada. A few in Quebec but not many locally.

Agram used to be a French front loader brand, but they sold it to Alo (Quicke)
Quicke still makes mounting subframes there.
I dont know if Agram sold just the front loader factory, or sold all manufacturing and put production elsewhere. ??

I have been in the factory where these tedders are made and it is not in France.

Then there must have been 2 companies called Agram... The one in France is taken over by Alo, Alo doesnt use this name anymore, AFAIK

It is the same AGRAM you speak of. The used to manufacture many of their products but now they are more of a sales company today. They purchase many of their products that are manufactured in Italy, Turkey, Bulgaria, India & China.
