Here are the 3 Kubota Hydraulic filters, from the parts manual:

38430-3771-0
30400-3711-0

Just curious, but why bother? We all know what the wrong filters and fluids and other parts can do if they are not the EXACT part. Saving $3 can cost alot in the long run.

I used the Wix filter site to get the equivalent oil and hydraulic filters for my B2400. Just type in your original equipment part number and it gives you the Wix eqivalent.

I can get Wix filters about 15 miles closer than the Kubota dealership.

reference filter..These are the ones I have been using

nearly got this worked out for myself. Took the old filter, confirmed thread, used micrometer to measure gasket ID/Od, and metal OD. and got the R values. getting there.

Go to NAPA. They have cross referenced for both my Kubota B8200, and my 1941 Farmall "A".

Tisco cross references both of my tractors too.

Otherwise, got to Kubota direct. There's even a couple dealers here on TBN. Carver has been great to work with in the past.

And, ask nicer...

While I would probably feel ok using a WIX or other filter for the hydraulic circuit filter I think I would only use Kubota for the charge pump Hydro filter as even the Kubota ones have blown out. You need to match media size and flow quanity, thread size and pitch, diameter of base and the most important is the drainback valve and pressure relief valve settings.

Just wondering, doesn't a Kubota Tractor create more carbon (carbon monoxide)? Wouldn't a horse and plow be more carbon negative? But, only respond if you're an Expert.
