Nice Tractor, Very Sorry They Went Out Of Business
Model Year: 0
Although I don't have a ton of hours on it, I love my Montana. I did buy it new. I was so sorry when they went out of business. Love my backhoe attachment, MBH76---just right for me. Being an old, as in really old, farmboy, it took me a bit to get used to automatic transmission (er, hydro-static), tilt wheel, cruse control, seat adjustment to include cushing the bumps, and on and on (laughing). By paring up the high quality components and assembly in South Korea with the proven Mitsubishi diesel engine and a final assembly in the US, the end result is or was an amazingly well constructed small tractor. When I bought it they also had some from China. The difference in quality and strength of components was, well, there was no comparison. My local "used-to-be" dealer still provides service and parts in Gallup, NM.
Pros: Hydro-static transmission, tilt wheel, cruise control easy to use controls, easy to start with auto glow plugs, comfortable seat.
Cons: Kind of cumbersome to climb up to fill up with a 5-gallon can with the backhoe attached.
