CC 1811 - Homeowner Heavy Duty Versatility
Model Year: 1989
My Cub 1811 was my upgrade to a 1972 147 that I had for 13 yrs prior. The 1811 is built with cast iron front end and rear drive casing that have proved indestructible. The tractor with weights and chains mounted all year round conquers steep grades, snow, tree work and various hauling tasks both up and down hills. Extremely versatile and dependable for a Lawn & Garden Tractor. Built to last. Highly recommended for homeowners with more than the average size lawn, driveway and maintenance tasks before them. Blowing snow, mowing with triple bagger and towing heavy duty small trailer/cart are easily handled. Over 22 years of dependable service and still going strong.
Pros: Dependable, durable, takes a licking and keeps on ticking!
Cons: Parts are expensive via manufacturer but secondary market also supplies some key components at significant savings.
