B2620 Kubota
Kubota B2620 w/Loader and Backhoe
Model Year: 2010

This tractor exceeds my expectations. Well built with plenty of power. Dealer was straight forward and I feel I paid a fair price. Dug a 170' trench and back filled with stone, not a problem. Great for snow removal (we had a lot last year). I have a 60" Woods box blade which works great even when fully loaded with material. As you can tell I love this tractor. "Always check your fluids"

Pros: Power, size, reliable and it looks good!
Cons: Little light for digging big stumps (but it can be done with plenty of time) keep an eye on front axle lube...mine got low during break in.

Great Machine Despite a Couple of Issues
Model Year: 2010

I have had the tractor a bit over a year and it has done everything I have asked of it. The only problems I had were with a bad ignition control module and a backhoe control arm. Both were fixed under warranty by an awesome dealer - RI Harvesting. If it weren't for those items I'd be giving it straight fives.

Pros: Great machine, good warranty, plenty of power.
Cons: I got the belly mower and it is a pain to attach and disconnect.

I have enjoyed owning this tractor so far. It has done everything I have asked of for the most part. Tried digging out a large stump but was unsuccessful. I'll let 'er rot for a while more. Have not had any issues so far (80 hours).

Pros: Easy to use.
Cons: Could have used more power (my fault, not Kubota).

Kubota is great
Model Year: 2008

I love my 2620 seems to have great power. The only thing I would change is the bucket width and would make it a quick attach.

Pros: Very comfortable.
Cons: Bucket width.

After narrowing my decision down to the John Deere 2520 and the Kubota B2620, I went with the Kubota for 2 reasons: 1) 3 speed HST compared to John Deere and 2) Speed. Kubota was close to $1500 less.

Pros: Powerful, easy to operate, and comfortable.
Cons: Noisy HST. Noisy ROPS.

I Made The Right Choice
Model Year: 2008

After literally hundreds of hours of shopping compact tractors and comparing features, I decided upon the Kubota B2620. I know it's a tractor, but the build quality, and fit and finish are far superior than the other brand I had considered. The 3 speed hydro was the final deciding factor. The only con I have is the lack of position control on the 3PH. The Kubota was more expensive, but my philosophy is "it only hurts once to do it right the first time." I made the right choice...

Pros: 3 speed hydro, Location of loader controls, Quality, fit and finish
Cons: 3PH 1/4 inching valve

First tractor purchase and so far it's been good. I use the tractor for snowplowing and removal, firewood harvesting, road grading, rock and gravel moving and landscaping. Has performed well with everything. I recommend loading the tires and three point weight for loader work. If I had it to do again I would have probably purchased the somewhat larger B2630 but it's more money and somewhat less handy for getting into tight areas around buildings and in the woods. If you've got medium size stuff to do it's great. 364 loader has performed well too.

Pros: Good power, very reliable and manuverable
Cons: You might want a larger bucket and forks

Purchased this tractor 2 years ago this upcoming June 10 and have no complaints what so ever. I upgraded from a New Holland TZ 25DA subcompact as I am 6'3" and 225 lbs. so I needed a bigger platform. I also wanted 3 speed hydro instead of 2, IMHO Med is the perfect speed for a lot of my apps. I would recommend loading the rears w/ rim guard which I did if you plan on any heavy lifting. I really like the loader joystick location. Really no complaints and this little workhorse surprises me every time I doubt it. Would make the same purchase again!

Pros: Size of platform, 3 speed hydro, loader joystick location
Cons: Could have better lighting.

Purchase my Bota to make my property chores a little easier and wow this machine really helps around the yard. Rocks, dirt, mowing, towing (my trailer fill of trash or rocks or whatever... so far no issues starts every time - next is tacking a fence over 1200 feet linear hillcountry, San Antonio, TX

Pros: easy to operate, ride over belly mower
Cons: No quick connect/diconnect for the loade

Replaced my bx2200 which was a great little tractor , i just wanted something a little longer, a little wider for better stability on hills with more ground clearance and the extra power and lifting capabilities never hurts. It still maneuvers around my yard as well as the bx2200.

Pros: longer and wider than my old bx2200
Cons: three point hitch attachments could be easier to hook up
