I own a cub cadet 7260 with loader, my issue is I am building up pressure in hydrostatic transmission is there a pressure relieve valve and where is it located?

4200 no lift w/3 point
I have a 2000 4200 John Deere that I was removing snow with the back blade and the 3 point hitch will not lift. It was working fine until this. I took the 3 point hitch arms off and I can lift the 2 arms that are connected to the rockshaft up and down freely Thanks for any help
