ZTRAK 717A MOWER CLUTCH

The bolt came out of clutch,clutch is in 2 pices. I reinstalled with the bolt,washer and bushing.Does not work it gets very hot. Can this be repaired or do I need to replace it. If i need to replace it how do I get the other half of.

Maybe a piece is broken and missing when bolting it back together. Seems the clutch would not come apart in 2 pieces... normally. Best I can think of.
