ZT Shopping=Depression.- Cub Cadet-PRO Z 154 S EFI?

So was looking at ZT mowers to replace my aging Husqvarna YTH2448 (420 hours) and because I have many trees and obstacles to mow around. Depressed because no one would sell me one because of the 25 to 30 degree slope above my pond.

I think I found an answer but its 4,000 more than what I wanted to spend-its the Cub Cadet-PRO Z 154 S EFI. Anyone have this mower? Is it worth the 7k price tag?

Has ZT3400 pumps which are rated pretty well. Has a 4 yr warranty which is nice too.

As a comparison, I just bought a Simplicity Citation XL 28hp with the ZT3400 pumps and the nice thing about the Simplicity is that it has full suspension. It listed at $6800 and I got it for $6000.

Yes but how is it on a 25 degree slope? Seems like it suffers the same drawback as the other zero turn mowers....its steered from the rear.

The cub cadet I am referring to is steered from the front even though all the weight is still in the back.

I’m confused... you said a dealer refused to sell you a mower because of the slope on your property? If you’re buying a machine, you’re assuming responsibility of safe operation, so why does the dealer care?
