What can anyone tell me about zetor or valmet or ziess?

Also, is is shibarua that makes the engines for the New hollands?

What would you like to know?

Valmet(now Valtra) is a very well respected Finnish tractor manufacturer. Their tractors are overlybuilt,and dependable. They have a very extensive option list,and are specialists in made to order tractors. www.valtra.com

Zetor is a Czech tractor manufacturer. They have built tractors for JD in the past (JD 2000 series)but are in a tad bit of financial difficulty at the present time. They are up for sale. Uzel (a MF licensee)of Turkey and HTC Holdings of Slovakia are the top two bidders. The Czech government is to make a decision in the very near future. Zetor only built 2000 tractors last year.

The only thing I know of Ziess is for high quality optics.

The boomers are probably powered by Shibaru.
