zd326 priced today

11,400 here in tulsa for the zd326 w/ 60" deck
i was told no 0% for more than 12 months and no rebates w/ 0%
that thing looks like a monster !!!!!

ohh and i was also quoted 12,500 for the ferris with a cat diesel and 12,500 for that ugly green thing with a diesl in it i think its called a john something hmm dog or deere i cant remember,lol j/k green guys

I found that Carver has a ZD326S. I googled ZD326S and I get Kubota Canada links - nothing US except Carver Equipment.
The Canadian website lists 2 different models ZD326S and ZD326.
I looked at the specs and could not tell the difference.
Anyone know the difference?

After looking thru my price book and specs these are the differences between a ZD326S-60 and a ZD326P-60.

The ZD326s does not have the flat free tires in the front, it is based on the ZD321 specs so it has a 4" diameter dual element air cleaner instead of a 5".
The forward ground speed is listed at 9.3 MPH instead of 10.6 MPH. The cooling system is 3.11 quarts as opposed to 3.96 quarts. The overall length is listed at 1.4" less than the ZD326P. This is the same as the ZD321.

The Suggested list price is $600.00 lower on the ZD326S.

mine is a zd326p-60 you guys scared me had to go check.
the jd i was quoted was a 72" deck, i know more power and bigger deck than the bota but i just like kubota. 1000 more doesnt seem like much but i didnt want to spwn as much as i did to get the bota so a 1000 more was out of the question and even if it wasnt a factor i still would have gone with the kubota just due to my experience (s) with deere.
now im looking to upgrade my bx23 befor i kill it working it to hard. i dont think they were designed for the amount of work im doing.

Dear Sir:

The differences you mentioned below are the only ones between the two
models. The engines are the same and the transmissions are the same.
However, the gear ratio is reduced on the ZD326S to match that of the
ZD321, that is the reason for travel speed being lower. There are no other
differences. Thank you for your interest in Kubota!

Update here on the ZD326P-60 has turned out to be the hot model for commercial use and there are additional differences in the "flat free" tire the front axle spindle bearings are larger in the 'P' models and the only place found where advertised is on page 5, Volume 6 number one in paragraph three
in Kubota Country for turf professionals. Lowest price found is 9,995 Carver Equipment, Dunn, NC absolutely great people. High price 11,200 they don't want to let it go price. Good average price 10,500. Good luck out there guys.

The S model also uses a lower or shorter deck skirt which reduces suction on the grass as far as standing it up for a clean cut. For most applications the S deck has worked fine but for commercial or applications that require a supper cut the P deck is great!

well it appears the S & P questions have been answered........I have a dealer that has both an S and a P.....with the same serial number!!

We reuse serial numbers but never within the same model. The S and the P are apparently just enough of a model difference to allow the system to use the same serial #.
