Boner, My BX 50 hr service was $60 in parts (filters, fluids etc) done by me, and would have been $95 if I had the dealer do it. Who is charging $300??? And what else are they doing during the 50 hr service??? Maybe gold plating the hydro pedal???? /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

boner- checked and leveled deck, sharpened blades, oil and filter, trans. fluid and filter change, air filter cleaned, complete lube.--$67 and some change, (almost $68), picked up and delivered. if kubota ever had a more satisfied customer, i wouldn't know how!!

It was a BX post to this board that I read. It's been a while, and maybe I misread. If so, Great. It sure sounds like Madhouse's dealer did him right. Whenever it starts getting cold, I'll take mine for the recall, but won't be ready for the 50hr. I have 25 or so on it now, and will probably hit 50 right in the middle of cutting season next year!
