I am interested in buying an ecoboost and trailer to haul water to my house. I would like to make as few trips as possible. So I would want to load it right up to the allowed max tow rating of 11,200 lbs

the regular ecoboost (what I have) is rated for 9600. the optional max towing package puts the rating up to 11200.

Keep in mind that water tows a lot "heavier" that it actually is due to the sloshing effect.
