We still have canned beans plus the wife is growing herbs, lettuce and tomatoes hydroponically.

Summary
A period of very cold wind chills is expected. In the wake of a trough of low pressure on Monday moderate northwest winds will usher in a cold air mass to the Maritimes giving extreme wind chills values of minus 35 to minus 40 overnight Monday into Tuesday morning.

We still have canned green beans and dill pickles. I greatly over estimated use of pickles this year. Some frozen corn and squash and zucchini left. But we have plenty of beaf but still need to think about keeping a calf for slaughter next year.
