Here is all he has to do to replant...it is not too late in the season for spaghetti or even fettuccine --all he has to do is sew orzo seeds and use the long form fertilizer and he will have a great spaghetti crop and there is an additive he can use and he will then get a great crop of fettuccine...Here is a link for the pasta seed....funny they don't go into depth about how it is planted to get spaghetti or fettuccine....

ahhh DUH cant grow meatballs with spaghetti! you should know that cross contamination leads to soggy spaghetti that cant be sold.

on the other hand if you set up a special rotating bed you could grow rotini which will can draw a premium.
