45' wide at 8 MPH should do about 36 acres an hour. So 1/10th of an hour for 3 acres......

That can easily save an hour per mow....whats your time worth to you? $50/hr? Cut 30 times per year. so you could save ~$1500 a year. Better have a few hundred years of life left in you for it to pay for itself.
