York tow behind workman grader / maintainer

Just a rough guess , I think my Dad bought it in the mid - late '80s . It was all restored and painted up and sitting on a lot just off 481 near Fayetteville ny.
The " MARSH FARM " stenciled on the back was from that restoration.
my Dad and his friend used it to take care of the road to camp . Last use way 8 or 9 years ago and it still worked perfect.

familiar with the Marsh Farm property, he still has a few tractors around

Do you know what this can actually be used for, I have had one of these for years and have no idea what to do with it.

It is an antique non powered road grader.
I would have loved to have had that for my Summer cottage road.
I was considering a Huber Maintainer (Continental or Hercules), but could not find a good one.
Cottage is sold now, so no more need.
