I have a JD 4320. It's a 48 HP machine.
I want to purchase a landscape (york) rake for it, with a scarifier.
Two questions:
1. What size rake should I get? The outside of my wheels are 70in apart. And I am guessing that I want the ends of the rake outside of my wheels, even when the rake is angled. This seems to tell me that I need an 8 foot rake not a 7 foot. Any advice?
2. What make and model is the best?

! I agree that an 8' rake should meet your needs. I pull an 8' Woods LR 108 with my "29" without problems with light use applications. I have not yet put the rake in more demanding situations yet. I like my Woods LR 108, but I got it for "free" so I can not complain. Jay
