and I thought I had issues with mine when I replaced the alternator because of a bad regulator, then the oil sending unit, now the tach cable has broken.
Compared to your issues, I don't have any !

They seem to be larger issues every time you go out to use the machine and something ELSE has malfunctioned. I also have a Mitsubishi (my 1st ) tractor that has issues I have not addressed yet. (non-running). After working on and learning from the Yanmar I have collected enough intestinal fortitude (see guts) to tackle the Mitsubishi's problems. Although, I have not found a 'support group' as well versed in Mitsubishi issues as this one is in Yanmar troubles, and parts are not NEARLY as available, I'll probably fix it eventually unless someone needs it more than I do.
