Does that machine have the Powershift transmission?
My YM240D (which is a standard geared tranny) has a screen that's accessed from below. There's a plate that can be seen when looking below the tractor from the front toward the rear. Remove the three bolts on that plate to reveal a removable screen.
thats a power shift tractor , i am not sure if its the same as a 2000 or not. Onthe YM2000 its on the lower portion of the trans sump, faces foward and is behind a triangular but roundish plate with 3 bolts with about a 10-12mm head on them. It faces toward the front of the tractor.
I still can't find it. There is a circular plate with two bolts in it. I can't find a roundish triangular plate anywhere on the trains. Can someone post a picture.
Also, likely, directly opposite side of tractor than the hydraulic supply line to the hydraulic pump - the pump likely draws its fluid through the screen.
ufengineer, I owe you an apology. I copied the wrong page. The one I copied was the 2210. Only difference is yours has the 2 bolt flange. Same place though. Sorry I mislead you. :ashamed:
Thanks Winston. This model has a cover with two bolts. The two vs three bolt cover is what was throwing me off. Apparently most models have a three bolt cover and only a few have a larger circular cover with two bolts. I was one of the lucky to have one with the latter.
