YM2010 rear axle leak

I am looking at a YM2010 with a small leak around the rear axle - is the seal readily available and is it fairly easy to get to?

I was hoping it was accessible by pulling the tire and hub off - but from the wording of your reply I am thinking it is a little more involved - I may have to pull the axle and PTO assembly as well. Once I get a manual, I should be able do it - along with the help of the great guys on this forum!
