hi Im trying to find an engine to replace the origional in my 330D. does any one know if any of the modern ones will fit?

I seriously doubt it. What happened to your engine? Yanmar engines are awfully hard to kill. Other than a grenaded block, almost anything is reparable.

the cylinder head has a small crack in it, and it costs more to get it fixed than I paid for the tractor! also a couple of pieces missing, new hydraulic pump, oil seals, pistons and crank need work.
I live in South Africa, and there are no dealers here, occasionally people have a few spare parts, but not often. Im going up to Zambia to set up a farm there, and will be geting a couple of +- 120kw tractors for the farm there. sounflrtunately this one will be sold. thanks fo the reply.
