I have built two tiller shafts from scratch and drilled and welded flanges for the KK tines. There fairly price at least two yrs ago and pretty durable, I've not busted any. Just be prepared for sticker shocker on the bolts and selflocking nuts, maybe about $80 depending on 6 or 7 flanges shafts. bjr
