Year of B7500

In viewing some older posts, I see some people can access Kubota records to find the selling date. I can tell from the engine number that the engine was built in 2001 yet I when I bought the tractor, I was told it was a 2003.
Can anyone help clarify? Oh yes, my serial # is 57442

I'm not sure of what year model your tractor is. I'm sure it's not uncommon to have an engine built some time before the tractor is though. Call a Kubota dealer and tell them your serial number and I'm sure they can tell you what year it is. (you might need to talk to the parts department)
