this is the type they sell here with the pto pump? is there any modeen or newer compacts you guys know of that come piped and are able to run a sma;ll splitter like in the pic but without the pto pump? thanks

you wont have a problem running that one off the tractor pump, my hyd cylinder is at least twice that size and it was recommended for a 20HP tractor.

o yes its a lot bigger is it fast? yes i think if i dont change the tractor i will go with the pto log splitter or any of you guys used a tow mobile diesel splitter?

wow! I never even heard of that sounds really expensive!! We have tow gas ones here in the US and there starting at $700 for small ones and go to $4k for the top of the line ones. hate to see what diesel costs in that set up!
