I just bought a yanmar snowblower, it has set for a long time & is froze up. Are these hard to find parts for? I am not sure what is wrong (have not got it home yet) but I did not pay much for it. Has anyone ever used one?
We have a local golf course here that has one. I ordered parts for them several years ago. I don't know how much is still available. Bearings re probably what are froze, I'm sure they are available.
Very possibly a Bervac blower.
However having maintained/overhauled a few the main maintainance parts will be bearings and I'd suggest a teardown and relpacing all the bearings which will be available form any good bearing supplier.
