YANMAR RSB1401 tiller

Thought about adding a row spike but the soil on the small back yard garden wasn't worth the trouble. Major crop planting no doubt it would be worth it. I still can't understand why the Org. wheel mounting bars was cut off the Tiller. No damage or rust that I could see ?
