Comparison yanmar fx32d and jd 4210

I have been shopping around for about a year now and have come down to about 2 tractor that i like.

I need some help I am looking at a 2004 jd 4210 w/loader and a mid 1990s yanmar fx32d w/ loader.

here is what i do know:
JD= 27hp engine and 23 pto(shuttle shift)-900 hrs
Ym=35hp engine and 32 pto(power shift)-500 hrs

prices are as follows(pre tax)
JD= 14500
YM+12000

both look good, deere will need tires soon(looks like used on pavement a lot), yanmars are like new

both are 4x4

any help would be great!

ok well i have trashed the idea of buying the yanmar, after 100 people have read this w/ no post, now I am going to check out a new Kubota and new John Deere.
