Yanmar F175 4x4 w/ loader

I was interested in getting some opinions on a Yanmar F175 Tractor. I am looking for a compact tractor and came across this one for sale.

Yanmar F175 4x4 tractor. Loader bucket, 4' brush hog, 4' box scraper. Diesel. 19hp at motor, 17 at pto. Serviced 20 hours ago. 750 hours. Manual transmission , 9 speeds, 3 reverse. Runs great. This is a good tractor. Looking to get bigger equipment.

These were built from 1983 to 1987. Typically no roll bar, no power-steering and most of the ones imported in the northwest have a home made looking front loader. No greaseable pins, tie-rod type cylinders vs welded, single front bucket dump cylinder, etc. I guess they work ok. This tractor will be a grey market. If you need parts, there are some guys importing parts. Some parts are easy, some not. Quality wise, Yanmar builds a very solid tractor. But at 35 years old, you may end up needing some seals and perhaps a clutch, water pump, etc. And it may have original tires. Just be prepared.

I've owned some Yanmars in the past, and I currently own a Vio55 excavator and I like them. But keep the parts issue in mind on grey markets.

With little Kubota BX, Mahindra eMax/Max, Branson 2400, LS and so on being around $13000-$14000 new with a good factory loader, power-steering, roll bar and with 4 plus years warranty and of course a new clutch and new tires...you need to buy this at a price that makes sense.

Quality, probably good. Value - questionable.
