Yanmar CT-55 Crawler - Engine info, please

I bought a grey import Yanmar CT-55 (Crawler Tractor-55hp) at auction here in the UK a couple of years ago. I now need to undertake some minor restoration work (tachometer cable and drive adapter, water temp sender/gauge etc) It would be very useful to know the type/designation of its 4-cylinder diesel engine, then I might chase parts through contemporary machines fitted with the same. These agricultural crawler tractors were made in small quantities, for rice paddy work. Mine dates from 2001-2 I think and is useful for working steep slopes in the vineyard. Any ideas, anyone, before I start searching Japanese websites with Google Translate? Of course, what I really need is a parts list...

Look for a plate behind the injection pump w the engine info.??
