Yanmar 2301D Gray Market Tractor

So i am looking at a tractor and the gentleman told me it was a "Grey Market" tractor. I know that means it was sold as a Japan tractor, then brought into US. Should that affect my decision to purchase? Seems like a good little tractor that runs good. He said the tractors are refurbished completely in Japan, then introduced to the US Market. It shows 66 hours on the motor. Really need some insight here please!

I bought a 2301D about 12 years ago. Really haven't had any problems with it. Got a manual and parts book for a 276D US model. Pretty much the same animal. Have had no problem getting parts so far.
