Do the Yanmar 2000 differential, transmission, and 3 point lift all use the same fluid?

What is that fluid: Hydraulic or 80 or 90 wt. oil?

One oil supplies 3 pt, rear end, transmission and Power-Shift if you have it. Specs are equivilant of John Deere 303. I have been using the Wal Mart house brand? universal Hy-Tran fluid that meets the JD 303 specs. Several people on Yanmar forums claim to have good results using ATF.

The front differential, if yours is 4wd, calls for 90 weight gear oil, though UTF would probably work fine too.

You can use 90 Wt although its not what it needs. Its very thick when cold. and makes the pump wine. But gear oil is what old tractors use and its not the best oil. Get a universal trctor hydraulic fluid that meets the mentioned JD 303 specs. TSC sells Traveller their house brand in 2 different qualities and they also have an accell brand for about $5 less most of use in the yanmar group use those oils or a warren oil or something. Many of us dont use our tractors for that many hours a year so we just change it yearly or every few years to get any water out of it.
