Your YM1300D should have a 2T13 engine. The engine ID plate says someone swapped the engine and/or the entire front end of the tractor, then placed the YM1300 hood on it.

A 2T75-C engine is found in the YM14 and YM146.

I looked at the YM1300 parts manual and found noting showing the broken part.
