XUV skid plate

Here are two pix of the skid plate for the XUV. If you have the gas model, you can order the skid plate that comes standard with the diesel model. It is a very sturdy heavy plate that costs about $75-80 at your dealer. It is a full 3/16" thick with multiple access holes.

Considering all the time it would take to make one, it is well worth the money. Thick steel with multiple bends and cutouts.

it's good to have a plate that thick but to me for the price they are selling them things and it being "offroad " vehical that should have been standard thing put on at the factory. i still don't see why they are selling the engine protection as a option?? the hpx's come out the showroom protected like a tank and they say the xuv is supose to be able to go faster and go through more gugged stuff than the hpx so why not put the same protection on the xuv that the hpx has.
