Is this a good price? Should I see if he can do better, or offer some implements etc?

That seems about right. I bought mine from Scott at Cascade for $27K I think. I paid $32K for some extras, like a tiller and box blade. So I dont remember exactly what I paid. Besides, I have the 45hp, not the 55.
