Still no luck. Can’t imagine that it would be so difficult to bleed air out of the system. A couple more observations that seem strange to me:
I hooked a hose from the filter input port to feed from an external supply anticipating filling it with fuel. It filled itself from the filter housing with 5 times more fuel that was in the bowl and the fluid level in the bowl never dropped. Almost overflowed so I tried bleededing.
I noticed that the 4 way connection for the return showed signs of weeping on all hoses. Not sure if was like that previous or not. I disconnected the return hose at the filter housing and got a good amount of fuel flowing back. That doesn’t seem right. Isn’t there some kind of check valve at the tank?
The original filter had a small O ring in the middle of the top of it. New one didn’t. So I reused the original. Hey LS- How about including it and rip us off for another couple dollars?
