Xg3140H hydraulic pressure

I've had my xg3140h for 1.5yrs now, great tractor just hit 100hrs, no problems so far,,, I do feel the lifting capacity is a bit weak,, I'm going to check it off one of my rear remotes, I have a gauge, just gotta buy the hydraulic hitting and I assume I just dead head it into the gauge off from one of my remotes,, and if its low (I gotta check manual for specs) I should be able to just bump up the pressure at relief valve,,,, does this sound correct

Definitely check the pressure before doing any adjustments. After you get you baseline number, you can then decide what to do.

These tractors do come with a considerably high pressure (around 2600 PSI).

Also keep in mind that these are still a compact tractor, not a industrial loader or bulldozer. Caution is needed.

It's not uncommon for the pressure to be lower that what should be. I had to adjust the pressure on my remotes as it was bit lower that the 2600 PSI.

Do you know where the pressure relief valve is located by chance. I haven't looked for it yet, and is it the typical style, locking nut with Allen head set screw in/out

I'm not that familiar with LS tractors, so it's hard for me to tell exactly where it is.

Although Korean tractors are more or less built the same. You can have up to 4 relief valves.

This one, you may have or not. I don't know for sure. But following the high pressure line of the hydraulic pump, it might lead to a block under the tractor just in front of the right rear wheel. This block does have a relief valve and it's where the loader valve will tap into. This is also the main relief since it's the first one after the pump.

Then you'll have the relief valve on the loader valve.

Next there is the relief valve on the remotes valve. Lastly, there is the 3 pt relief valve.

As I said, I'm not familiar with LS, so I just give you the case of my tractor. The order of these valves can be different from what I told and some tractors won't have that block under the tractor.

It's better if you could source a service manual where we could check out the hydraulic diagram first.
