Snow x540 switch

How do you bypass the reverse cutoff switch on the jd x540. My local dealer told me how to do it but I am having some trouble finding it and need better instructions than what he said. Of course, he would do it for me. I personally, don't believe this safety feature adds any safety to it but rather is a distraction, causing you to pay attention to the pto switch rather than looking behind you. The seat switch makes sense to me though. Thanks
