X500 hood

Real long shot here, need a hood for my X500. That **** differential lock will make you try to go places you shouldn’t. Flopped mine over & other than being sore all over, hood seem to take the brunt of it.

good!. glad it helped!. that's the best price I could find on a complete hood!. others I've seen for $374 but they don't have any inserts at all, anything that can be removed is not there!..

That may not be the correct hood anyway. That is for the later model X500's. The OP didn't say whether his X500 has the one piece hood or the 3-piece hood.

I see you are in Ohio. This place is in PA. They are a salvage yard for JD lawn and garden tractors. I've seen some junk X500's in there. May pay to give them a call.

Heck of a deal with FREE Shipping. :rotfl: I've had a X500 since 2012 and really like it for our big hilly yard. Has nobbie rear tires that make a big safety difference on slopes and wet grass. Never have had to use the differential lock feature.

Crazy prices. Why would it have to be priced so high? It’s got 3 nice cracks running down the center. I’ll probably end up buying the hood only. Maybe another sale will come up.
