X320 Brake issue

Hi!

My X320 just recently has it's first issue (after a year)- the parking brake does not engage.

I depress the brake pedal (seems light, not too much resistance), engage the brake "locK" and I am able to still move forward. Looking underneath, everything appears as it should (I've talked to the dealer and he told me what to look for).

Any ideas? I'm still under warranty but if it's something I could do myself, I'd rather not take the unit in.
