Wrong BX23S Backhoe controls?

Hello. My backhoe controls look different than what's advertised/seen on others. Are they the wrong ones?

The angle necessary to operate them is basically w/ my elbows on my knees. So, I'm not sure I'm a fan. My dealer says they think it's wrong and are ordering new levers...?

On my BX 24 the knobs are about 29" above the foot deck. But mine are almost in line with the front edge of the control column. It looks like yours might just be installed backwards.

Hello. My backhoe controls look different than what's advertised/seen on others. Are they the wrong ones?

Mine were way to forward for me to reach comfortably, I had to lean forward and my lower back suffered in about ten mins of operation. I removed the levers and reshaped them in my vise to end up with the knobs about 4 or 5 inches closer to me.....much better
