That would be my guess also. Tractor got stuck in the fall during harvest and got left there till spring in a wet area and sunk. Basing that off of the un-tilled feild and a little bit of green plants

The more you look at it, the less sense the picture makes. No tire tracks at all.

I think it was parked, then sank down and the upturned mud was from an attempt at extracation.

Be careful when you’re digging out a dry tank...there IS a soft spot somewhere.
