New Holland 25S
Working all day with no issues until my Workmaster 25 suddenly died. The starter cranked but would not turn over. Thought I ran out of gas but found the Sol/Inst/Pto 10amp blown. Replaced the fuse, the tractor started but blew the fuse again after only a couple minutes of operation. Replaced again - the same scenario. After the 3rd replacement, it only ran a few seconds before blowing the fuse. On the 4th fuse, it blew within seconds of turning the ignition key to the on position. It would appear to be a hard short that I need to troubleshoot but don't have an electrical diagram. I am open to any other advice or checkpoints that may cause this fuse to blow.

Something is shorting to ground to pop fuses. Or drawing too much amperage. Typically relay or solenoid will be culprit on drawing excessive amperage. Find your schematic and start looking for amp draw. If you had Flir infrared camera you spot the heat draw. Otherwise use an amp meter to find draw. Nothing found look for short to ground on the circuit. Hot bare wire making intermediate contact usually will show carbon marks.

This was for the LS MT125, but it is the same tractor (LS builds the NH 25s for them). Probably the same solenoid causing the issue.

I was searching the internet and found this related to the issue I just started to have. 25s running fine then just shuts off. Took me 5 10Amp fuses to find what it was but found that my seat sensor wire was got squeezed between the seat the last time I used the backhoe. Hope this helps anyone still trying looking for answer that could be related to this.
