He's a storm chaser and would have loved to film that tornado that hit that train.
On that note, I've seen several videos of tornados VS trains. Amazing power of wind.

This may interest steam locomotive enthusiasts in east central PA. The Reading Blue Mountain & Northern RR is rolling out their newly restored Reading T-1 class #2102 steam locomotive on 5/25:
It will run on their main line between Reading and Jim Thorpe, PA.

For anyone interested in taking pictures, there will be a 4 hour lay over at the Jim Thorpe station from noon till 4PM.

Those were the auxiliary engines off the B-36 bombers. The shutters around the inlets in one of the pictures were the tip off.

Should this be posted in the boat section? In 1937 tugs being moved from manufacturer in west Duluth MN. Seems the power plants are not installed yet.
Unsure if already posted but this is a pretty neat display, engine, ore car and caboose, in the background they were moving and switching ore cars loaded with taconite on Marquette Michigan's remaining working ore dock, very nice area down by the lake imo. I'll try to stop next time to see if a lakers down there getting loaded, And stop by the Marquette great lakes maritime museum located nearby which unfortunately wasn't open lol.
