My son just sent me this. They had runaway cars, but the crew got off the locomotive before it hit them. It happened in Texas.

I’ve been to that quarry a few times. It’s very difficult to access and it’s on very private property. Divers have reported depth of over 50’. I plan on hiking back there again this winter.Boy, it was abandoned so long ago that photos are gonna be hard to come by, it appears...
