Kind of surprised that being Kalifornia, they don't require Hulker to use T4 final diesels in any re-railing equipment used there. The side mounts are blowing a wad of visible particulates. Newsome is rolling over as it happens...

The lead engine (which is a Siemens) really took a hit but then so did the truck or what is left of it.

We were at a minor league baseball game in downtown South Bend this afternoon. The stadium is right next to the tracks where Norfolk Southern and Canadian National tracks merge for a crossover that's about 1.5 miles long. Over the course of the game, a good 12-15 trains went by in both directions for both RRs. Several of the guys I was talking with who are not from the area mentioned how many trains there were. For me, it's just another day of train watching.
