I will post a simple diagram of what I did after breakfast.
Ring terminal at the battery with an inline fuse within a few inches of the battery.
I think that was 12 gauge red wire I used. (will verify on the diagram).
Again, I used what I had around the house.
My intention is to back feed on this wire to the battery for the battery tender circuit in the future. The normally closed part of this lighting relay will be for the battery tender feed.
A small ring terminal for the chassis ground off the mount for right rear light fixture.
An inline gel filled splice to tap into the Kubota lighting circuit at the right rear light fixture.
16ga for the relay pilot circuit up to the switch box inside the sun shade above the operator.
