Just picked up a Z-Force 50!!!! Only have an acre to cut, but what the H#ll. Grass at the lake is WAY too high, so it will be a good test. At normal height, I'm hoping for a sub 30 min cut. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

Congrats! /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

I don't recall the ZF (or any simalar units) having a very deep deck or open chute, so that tall grass will be a neat test. It'll be neat to read you're results. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

Well, I would say this thing is overkill, but I love it! The grass was 3ft tall in most places. It never bogged down. I cut some areas twice to get the tall stalks. Total time - 30 min. I'm guessing with normal grass height, 20 min for 1 acre!

Recently bought a Z-Force 50 for my 2 + acres, and must say I am enjoying it to the max. Great cut, and a neat mower.

So you purchased this ZT on Woot. I must have missed that one?

I'm considering getting a ZF50 and wonder how well the deck washing system works? Thanks for your input.

I would not buy one just because of it. It works ok. I turn the water on and run the blades. You still have a lot to clean on top of the deck.

I used a leaf blower first, then hosed the rest off.

I'm probably paranoid, but think a shot of grease in each spindle might be a good idea after the deck wash. I don't have it though, so really no idea.

No, I've been doin the internet since the pope was a kid. there's a website called Woot.com that sells one item per day. I've bought a bunch of stuff there but never seen a mower.

I did buy a 61" DLP HDTV there though!

Does the term Woot mean something else in your neighborhood.

Curt
