Woods Stump grinder TSG50

Living out in Oregon we often do not have access to the equipment that everyone back east does. I finally found one on ebay and with shipping paid about what a new one would cost less shipping.
So far I have removed about 20 stumps (17 in the first 2 days) Is it a perfect unit? no, it jumps a bit at times and the teeth will be expensive to sharpen but I HAVE A STUMP GRINDER!


This was my biggest stump, 4' x 5.5' oak next to my house. It took about 7 hours and 9 buckets of sawdust...

I think your's is like the model Cabelas is selling. I have a Shaver SC25 with 24" diameter cutting wheel and it is plenty for my 40 HP tractor to handle. It is 3 years old and I haven't needed to sharpen or replace any teeth yet.
